1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.3 Account Creation and Verification

You may only register one account with 333vip. Creating multiple accounts (also known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of all funds and winnings.

We reserve the right to request verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification (passport, driver's license, UMID, or national ID), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership. You must provide these documents within 30 days of request; failure to do so may result in account suspension and inability to withdraw funds.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You must not share your account information with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify us immediately. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account if such unauthorized use occurs prior to you notifying us.

2.5 Prohibited Persons

The following categories of persons are prohibited from registering or using 333vip services:

• Individuals under 21 years of age

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposits

You may deposit funds into your 333vip account using approved payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, bank transfer, and other methods displayed on our deposit page. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for certain payment methods. Deposits are typically processed instantly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and third-party payment processor.

All deposits are final and non-refundable except in cases of system error or where required by law. You must use payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in funds being returned, account suspension, and forfeiture of winnings.

3.2 Withdrawals

You may request to withdraw funds from your account balance at any time, subject to verification requirements and provided you have met all applicable wagering requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. We aim to process withdrawal requests within 30 minutes to 24 hours depending on the payment method, your VIP status, and verification status. However, we reserve the right to take up to 7 business days to process withdrawals in certain circumstances.

Before your first withdrawal, you must complete account verification by submitting valid identification documents. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever possible. If this is not possible, we may request alternative withdrawal arrangements.

We reserve the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or where we suspect fraudulent activity. During such checks, the withdrawal may be delayed until the checks are satisfactorily completed.

3.3 Fees and Charges

333vip does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bank, e-wallet, etc.) may charge transaction fees which are beyond our control. You are responsible for any such fees charged by third parties.

3.4 Currency

All transactions on the 333vip platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). If you deposit using a different currency, the amount will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate applied by your payment provider, and you may incur currency conversion fees.

3.5 Anti-Money Laundering

333vip is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. We comply with all applicable anti-money laundering laws and regulations. We reserve the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities. You may be required to wager your deposit at least once before being permitted to withdraw. This requirement helps prevent the use of our platform for money laundering purposes.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 General Bonus Terms

333vip may offer various bonuses and promotions to Players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and tournament prizes. 4.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement specifies the number of times you must wager the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) before the bonus funds convert to withdrawable cash. 4.3 Bonus Abuse

4.4 Right to Modify or Cancel Promotions

5. Gaming Rules and Conduct

5.1 Fair Play

All Players must engage in fair play. The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Cheating, hacking, or using software to gain unfair advantage
• Exploiting software bugs or errors for profit
• Collusion with other players or with dealers in live games
• Card counting or other advantage play techniques prohibited by our rules
• Using VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographical restrictions
• Arbitrage betting or betting on all possible outcomes to guarantee profit
• Any form of fraudulent activity

5.2 Game Results and Disputes

All game results are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game equipment operated by professional dealers. Results are final and binding. In the event of a dispute regarding game results, 333vip will review the transaction logs and game server records, which shall be considered the authoritative record. Our decision in such disputes is final.

5.3 System Errors and Malfunctions

Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the chosen period expires.

10. Account Closure and Suspension

333vip reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that:

• You have violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• You have engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or verification
• You have created multiple accounts
• Your account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months
• It is necessary to comply with legal or regulatory requirements

Upon account closure, any remaining account balance (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived from breach of terms) will be returned to you after deducting any applicable fees or charges. You may also close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting customer support.

11. Amendments to Terms

333vip reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify Players of material changes by posting a notice on our website or sending an email notification. Your continued use of our services following such notification constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of 333vip services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Philippine arbitration rules, or, at our discretion, in the courts of the Philippines. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
